Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall first be resolved amicably, otherwise it shall be resolved through arbitration.
All disputes and claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including its formation, validity, termination, breach, interpretation or enforcement, shall be referred to BEIALMELALI VOKALAYE 7EQLIM institute, which shall be finally and bindingly resolved in accordance with the Arbitration Rules and other applicable laws and regulations.
This arbitration clause shall be deemed an agreement independent of the main agreement and shall be enforceable in any event.
The arbitrator shall be authorized and free to decide the manner in which the award shall be communicated.
